Facing the interior area of the building, they do not have an external view, providing greater peace and quiet during your stay. ;
Quarto Duplo Luxo. Located on the 5th to 13th floors, with views of Rua Barata Ribeiro or at the back without a view, but peaceful and quiet. Measuring 25m², it has a Queen Size bed (1.60m x 1.60m) or a double bed (1.50m x 1.50m), and a private bathroom. ;
Suite Familiar. Spacious suites located between the 2nd and 14th floors, featuring views of Barata Ribeiro Street or facing the back, which, although without a view, ensure complete peace and quiet. With 32 m², they offer either one king-size bed or two double beds. Each suite includes a private bathroom, personalized décor, a 65-inch Smart TV, and additional amenities. ;

They feature two single beds and a spacious, modern, and well-equipped private bathroom.
